Where can I buy Applegate Naturals® spicy breaded chicken products?

Our Applegate Naturals® Spicy Breaded Chicken products are currently sold at select retailers, including Kroger and Whole Foods.  To find a store near you, use our PRODUCT LOCATOR.

When will they be available?

The spicy breaded chicken products will be available at select retailers such as Whole Foods and Amazon in October 2021 with additional availability at Kroger in January 2022 at retailers.

What varieties do your spicy breaded chicken products come in?

We currently offer two spicy breaded chicken varieties : 1.) Applegate Naturals® Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders and 2.) Applegate Naturals® Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Bites.

What size do your spicy breaded chicken products come in?
 Our spicy breaded chicken products are available in 16-ounce re-sealable bags.

How much do your spicy breaded chicken products cost?

Both our Applegate Naturals® Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders and Applegate Naturals® Spicy Breaded Chicken Breast Bites have a suggested retail price of $12.49 per 16-ounce re-sealable bag.

How spicy are the spicy breaded chicken products?

Our spicy breaded chicken products are seasoned with a variety of peppers such as black, white, red, and jalapeno, to produce a medium level of spice.

Are your spicy breaded chicken products gluten-free?

Currently, we do not offer a gluten-free option for our spicy breaded chicken. However, if you are looking for a non-spicy, gluten-free breaded chicken option, you can find our gluten-free nuggets and tenders varieties here.

Are your spicy breaded chicken options made with white or dark chicken meat?

All of our breaded chicken items are made with white meat chicken only.

Is the chicken in the spicy breaded chicken raised humanely?

Applegate chicken has to be verified for animal welfare through Certified Humane® (CH) Farm Animal Care and/or Global Animal Partnership (GAP) Step Level® program. These standards have strict requirements that are verified through third-party audits and also by internal welfare specialists at Applegate.
