Donation Requests

At Applegate we are happy to provide product donations to registered non-profit (501c3) groups and organizations in the communities we serve for local, regional and national events. Please complete our submission form at least 4 weeks prior to your event for us to consider your donation request.

Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive, incomplete applications and immediate requests will not be considered. Thank you for requesting Applegate’s all-natural and organic products at your event.

Please allow two weeks upon receipt of request for a response via e-mail and/or phone call. No phone calls please. • No donations/sponsorship will be granted unless received at least twenty (20) business days prior to event. • All donation/sponsorship request forms must be completed in full or will not be considered. • Attach any additional information regarding the event/cause you wish to be considered. • Applegate participates in a limited number of monetary sponsorship. The majority of donations granted are for product only. • Applegate will do its best to support you in your efforts to achieve a successful event, although we may not be able to fulfill your request OR we may not be able to fulfill your request in its entirety.
