HPP, or High Pressure Pasteurization is an innovative method of preserving food that doesn't use additives and doesn't affect food's taste, texture or nutritional value. Sealed, packaged products are placed in a high pressure chamber filled with water. The pressure from the water acts as a "super sealer" of sorts, locking in freshness and protecting against spoilage.
