After you attempt to print each coupon two times, you will no longer be able to print. You will see a message stating you have exceeded your limit. Please follow the instructions below clearly to ensure that you will be able to print your coupons.
- Please make sure your printer is turned on, has ink/paper and is connected to your computer before attempting to print.
- The coupons are set to work with all browsers. The coupons will not open properly or print from a mobile phone.
- The coupon is accessible only through clicking on the image. You will not be able to save a copy prior to printing or use the File-Print option from your browser menu.

- I see an error message that says “We’re sorry, but this offer has already been used the maximum number of times (or insert custom error message text)”. What should I do?
- This means that you’ve exhausted your attempts to print the coupon.
- I printed a blank page instead of a coupon. What should I do?
- Try a new web browser (ex. If using Internet Explorer, try FireFox).
- I printed a page that says “Please click on the coupon itself or the button the reads “click to print” to print the coupon.” What should I do?
- Click on the words that read “Print Coupons” instead of selecting File-Print in the browser.
- I see a red X instead of a coupon. What should I do?
- Try a new web browser (ex. If using Internet Explorer, try FireFox).
- I cannot click on my coupon
- Ensure that javascript is enabled in the web browser.

- Open up a new browser window
- Click on the three horizontal lines icon located on the top right of the page
- Hover your mouse over "History"
- Slide your mouse to the left and click "History"
- Click "Clear browsing data..."
- Check the boxes that mark the material you wish to clear (top four is recommended)
- Click "Clear Browsing Data"
- Mozilla Firefox
- Open a new browser window
- Click on the three horizontal lines icon on the top right
- Select "History"
- Click "Clear Recent History"
- Choose the time range from the drop down menu you would like to clear
- Select what information you would like to clear (top five options are recommended)
- Click "Clear Now"
- Apple Safari
- Open a new browser page
- Click "Safari" on the upper left side of the page
- Select "Preferences" in the drop down menu
- Click the "Privacy" tab in the window that appears
- Select "Remove All Website Data"
- Choose "Remove Now" when prompted
- Microsoft Explorer
- Open a new browser window
- Click the gear icon located on the top right of the page
- Hover your mouse over "Safety"
- Select "Delete Browsing History"
- Select what you would like to delete (top three options are recommended)
- Click "Delete"
